Q: How do I find out the status of my HRCA membership?

A:

To check whether your membership is valid, visit the main page of www.HRCA.Honda.com and log in. Click on the "My Account" link at the top right of this page. If you are not able to access the membership level of the HRCA Clubhouse, your membership may have expired, or you never registered on the Clubhouse website. You can do so by clicking "Join The HRCA" and following the quick and easy steps.

Q: I have moved and I need to change my address. How do I do that?

You can change your address and lots of other information in MY ACCOUNTS:

            Change your email address

            Change your physical address

            Change your username

            Change your phone number

            Print a membership card

            Change your communication preferences.

Q: How do I find my Membership number online?

A:

Have you already registered on the site? If so, you may log in to access the "My Accounts" section of the website. The member number appears under “Account Information”. If you do not have a current number or cannot find your number and you have not logged in previously, you can create a new membership by clicking “Join Now”.

Q: Does my free membership have an expiration date?

A:

Expiration dates are only valid for paid memberships. Expiration dates appear under the member number in the "My Accounts" section of the website. You can access "My Accounts" once you are logged in.

Q: How do I get my member card?

A:

Log in and go to the "My Accounts" section. You will see an image of a membership card beneath your other account options. You may print your member card whenever you need.

Q: Under the new free memberships of the HRCA, how do I renew my membership?

A:

It's simple! You need to log in to your account at least once every twelve months, and you will automatically be renewed. This is an easy way for you to keep the same member number year after year. If you no longer wish to be a member of the Club, your member number will expire after twelve months of inactivity on the website.

Q: I need to cancel my paid membership. Am I eligible for a refund of my membership fee?

A:

Membership fees are refundable on a pro-rated basis. You can receive a refund for any whole, unused months remaining on your membership, minus a $10.00 cancellation fee. The cancellation request time is logged during normal HRCA business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Messages left over a weekend will not be logged or acted upon until resumption of business on the first business day after a weekend or holiday.
