Q: I’m already registered on the Clubhouse. How do I log in?
A:
If you have registered previously on the site--as a paid or complimentary member--you can log in with your existing email and password, and the site will automatically renew your membership.
In fact, if a member has ever registered on the site, he or she may log in using the same email and password from the first registration. If you cannot remember your password but you remember you email, click the “forgot password” option to retrieve your user information.
Q: I can’t remember if I’ve registered for a Honda website before, but I’m having trouble registering my email address as a new member. What do I do?
A:
If it is possible that you have registered on another Honda site like Owner Link or Honda Finance, or you may have registered on the Clubhouse site long ago, you may "Join Now" using the same email and password as the other site logins, and your email address will be recognized and accepted.
Q: I have a six-digit member number that I would like to keep. How do I register that number in the new Clubhouse?
A:
If you would like to use your original member number, you may enter it where prompted during the JOIN process. Just look for the image of the member card on the registration page and enter your member number.
Q: I know my password, so why can’t I log in?
A:
Your password is CASE SENSITIVE! Make sure your “CAPS LOCK” is off. If you have answered the three security questions after initial registration, you can also use those to retrieve your password.
Once you have logged in successfully, you may change your password any time or update your security questions under the “My Accounts” section.
Q: I forgot my password.
A:
On the top right hand corner of the homepage, there is a link to "Forgot Username and Password". During the registration process, you can click on the line that says "I may be registered on a Honda or Acura Site”, and click the link that says forgot Username and Password. You must verify your email address, and an email containing your Username and Password will be sent to you.
Q: I forgot my user name.
A:
You don't need a username to log in any longer. You can use your email address in place of a username, but you must type in the entire address!

Q: How do I, as a retail consumer, obtain owner's manuals and service manuals?
A:
Owner's manuals and service manuals are available from your authorized Honda dealer. They are also available from Helm Incorporated. Helm can be contacted on-line at http://www.helminc.com. They can also be contacted by calling toll-free (888) 292-5393 between 8 AM and 6 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Q: Is there a basic motorcycle maintenance manual?
A:
Honda has a manual that is helpful for those who want to learn more about how their Honda operates. It is titled the Honda Common Service Manual. Over 400 pages of diverse technical information and an attractive binder for just $48 plus shipping and handling. All Members have viewing access to the Common Service Manual on the HRCA Clubhouse website.
This manual:
- provides the theory of operation of the various systems Honda motorcycles, ATVs and scooters use
- is recommended by consumer magazines for anyone who has a motorcycle, no matter the brand
- is recommended to be used in conjunction with several model specific service manuals issued between 1989 and 1995.

Q: Are there any parts catalogs available?
A:
Downloadable PDFs of parts and accessories catalogs are now available on the Clubhouse under the Publications tab. Some parts catalogs are also available in hard copy form. Check with your local dealer or Helm for availability and pricing on the hard copies.
Q: Do you have publications for older models?
A:
Many of the older "out-of-print" owner's and service manuals, and some parts catalogs are available in the form of print on demand, using high quality reproductive copiers. These are not micro-fiche, but hard printed copies.
We searched high and low to find original manuals, cleaned off the dust and had them scanned into digital format for use with the specialized printing equipment. The covers for these manuals are generic black and white.
While we located more than we expected, we didn't find them all, so you will have to check with Helm for availability and price.
Q: I own an older bike that I did not purchase new. How can I find out if there are any recalls or product updates on it?
A:
Your Honda dealer is your best source of information. You can also log onto Honda's OwnerLink and enter the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) to get a list of updates for your model.
Q: I want to buy some Honda-branded apparel. Where can I get some?
A:
Honda has several licensing agreements with many apparel providers . For HRCA apparel, please see your local Honda dealer or click here to go directly to the HRCA Shop online.
